Are you having fun on a regular basis?  What does fun have to do with health?  Listen in this week to hear Melinda's perspective on how fun can help you with your total health and wellbeing.

Your Action Items:

  • As yourself - How can you have fun?  How do you make fun a priority?

  • Brainstorm activities that are fun - make a list

  • Commit to starting your day with something fun (even 5 minutes!) - what do you enjoy, that you can do everyday that inspires playfulness, connection, and flow?  Make sure you can do this EVERYDAY - make it a non-negotiable!

  • Journal - are you in victim mindset?  What do you need to do to shift out of victim mindset, and bring in more fun and joy?
